    OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO

    Incrementar la cantidad de clientes con servicio mediante la venta puerta a puerta o el canal señalado. Colaborar con el posicionamiento de la empresa.

  • Crear la necesidad en los clientes y posibles clientes por los servicios que ofrece la empresa y asesorarlos en su compra
  • Comunicar adecuadamente a los clientes la información y precios acerca de los productos y/o servicios que comercializa
  • Cumplir con la política de pagos iniciales vigente
  • Realizar ventas de calidad, asegurando un bajo nivel de Churn alta nueva
  • Mantenerse en constante actualización del portafolio vigente de productos y promociones de la empresa
  • Ofrecer un servicio oportuno y atento
  • Direccionar las consultas de los clientes a las áreas pertinentes, logrando una mejora en el servicio y satisfacer al cliente
  • Generar y cultivar relaciones con los clientes
  • Conocer y cumplir con las políticas y procedimientos de la compañía
  • Cumplir los objetivos de ventas que la compañía asigne
  • Analizar, documentar y comunicar al supervisor inmediato información sobre la competencia
  • Acatar los planes de trabajo establecidos por el supervisor de la zona
  • Reportar diariamente sus ventas a su supervisor inmediato y atender sus solicitudes en tiempo
  • PREPARACIÓN ACADÉMICA

  • Bachillerato de Secundaria (deseable)
  • EXPERIENCIA

  • Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en ventas y en servicio al cliente
  • Experiencia en ventas puerta a puerta (deseable)
  • CONOCIMIENTO TÉCNICO

  • Conocimiento de estrategias de ventas
  • Deseable manejo de Inglés

  • Disponibilidad de trasladarse a diferentes oficinas Tigo cuando así se requiera.
  • Vehículo propio (deseable)
  • Teléfono celular Smartphone con sistema operativo Android 8.0 o superior, GPS, conectividad a red LTE 3G/4G, pantalla de 5 pulgadas o superior o Tablet con versión de Android 8.0. o superior, modalidad 3G/4G, procesador dual core o superior, mínimo 2GB RAM, pantalla de 7 pulgadas o superior (mantenerla en perfectas condiciones de uso).
