Job Summary


The SIOP Manager will lead the implementation of global Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning processes for the Dental business at ZimVie.

This role will support the Director of Supply Chain Planning in executing the vision and goals for the supply chain function and manage the people and processes to achieve this.

He/She will ensure business continuity of the current SIOP processes while leading the transformation to the next level of maturity through leadership and stakeholder management.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Lead the implementation of the global SIOP process within the Dental business partnering with regions, marketing, finance, and commercial teams.
  • Secure business continuity of the current SIOP process in place:1) Ensure quality of the Demand and Supply review meetings, coordinate with supply and demand teams a clear output to drive appropriate decisions.
2) Prepare all data, metrics, and scenarios to be discussed during the SIOP meetings with clear alignment on key messages, critical issues, and decisions to take to the main stakeholders.

3) Ensure data and content generated by functional stakeholders is suitable for the SIOP process. Initiates & propose improvement actions if necessary for next cycle.

4) Drive follow-up of the actions and decisions made at the end of each cycle.

  • Be the global SIOP process owner, including owning the onboarding and the process adherence/maturity of the different reviews.
  • Take the lead to drive improvement in the current Supply and Demand Planning operations and processes for a better SIOP integration and performance.
  • Drive resolution of new data quality and integrity impacting the process output with main stakeholders. Understand root causes and implement longterm resolutions of issues.
  • Support Operations Transformation initiatives.

  • Experience good working knowledge of ERP manufacturing or distribution IT systems.

  • Change agent with energy, passion & enthusiasm to drive change. Ability to mobilize teams to drive priorities with both passion and transparency.
  • Clear thinker and ability to simplifying strategy into specific actions with clear accountability, making decisions with speed & accuracy based on best available information & communicating priorities clearly & concisely.
  • Focused on ensuring that all data and activities are managed at an appropriate level of detail to ensure an accurate demand and supply plan.
  • Strong skills as a meeting facilitator, with the ability to keep a meeting on track while engaging all stakeholders and driving to a set of decisions that can be executed in the business.

Education/Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related field). Advanced degree a plus.
  • Five+ years' experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, operations planning/scheduling, materials management or other Sales Inventory & Operations Planning related functional areas, preferably within medical device industry.
  • APICS, CPIM, CPSM, or CPF certification preferred.
  • Experience with Oracle ERP and Power BI is a plus.
  • Significant experience directing and leading others.
  • Statistical knowledge and problemsolving skills IBPAdvanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint Skills.
  • Knowledge of Demand Planning software and other relevant Supply Chain and/or Demand Planning Tools.
  • Supply Chain experience with good understanding of processes in sales, marketing, and Finance.

Travel Requirements

5-10% travel to Corporate Headquarters in Palm Beach Gardens, FL
