The Strategic & Planning Development Lead (PBO) manages, oversights and coordinates Project Portfolio, turning strategies and objectives into projects that accelerate the achievement of Company results.

Supports the Management Team in developing meaningful portfolio insights for use in strategic decision-making and prioritization.


The Program Delivery Lead is a critical enabler and a change agent for the organization, empowering teams to collaborate cross-functionally, breaking departmental silos, developing fact based, impact-oriented strategies, embedding PBO (Project Based Organization), agile ways of working, and coordinating dynamic resource allocation.

The role is pivotal for the successful implementation of the Consumer Centric Organization.


Your 'day to day':

  • Manage Portfolio of Commercial and Non-Commercial Programs, Projects, and Initiatives, assuring their full alignment with Commercial strategies & objectives, track their progress, prioritize upon impact, identify & assign assure optimal and timely delivery of target.
  • Support Strategy, Commercial & Management Team Heads in developing meaningful portfolio insights for use in strategic decision making and prioritization.
  • Orchestrates, coordinates, and facilitates the market/cluster Commercial governance and its forums, provides input and recommendations, ensuring its effectiveness and the timely follow up on decisions taken.
  • Support Commercial & Non-Commercial Project Managers in developing project charters with clear goals, desired outcomes, detailed plans, timelines, critical path activities, final deliverables, and resources/budget available.
  • Embed cross functional projectbased (horizontal) ways of working driving collaboration and agility in project delivery. Support the roll out of PBO (Project Based Organization) in commercial functions by advocating and role modelling relevant behaviors and embedding best practices within the project teams.

Who we're looking for:

  • Degree in Finance / Business Economics / Marketing / Statistics or any other related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Commercial Projects (Marketing, Sales, Trade, Customer Experience, etc.), Strategy, Project Management or any other related.
  • Project Management background with good problemsolving skills. Ideally with good understanding of the commercial department (sales and marketing), transformations and project management in general in FMCG or multicategory products.
  • Experience in strategy definition, process, and implementation, working closely with teams in the regions to establish and implement long term business plans to achieve/exceed the organizations' growth objectives.
  • Professional experience in business development projects, new business models and routes to markets for innovative offerings, participate in the simplification and automation of internal processes and tasks.
  • Validated experience making concrete strategic recommendations from large data sets.
  • Validated strong storytelling experience and strong communication skills (verbal &writing)
  • Advanced English level required.
