The Role
You coordinate and monitor the execution of small to moderately complex orders, circuit installations, and activations. You work with new and existing clients to provide telecom services on their behalf.


What You'll Do

  • Set priorities, develop a work schedule, monitor progress towards goals, and track details, data, information, and activities
  • Place orders and follow up with the carriers making sure all orders are up to date
  • Maintain clear communication with customer and agents in all order stages
  • Support customers during activation calls, closing orders, and process to active billing
  • Manage project progress and adapting to work as required
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers/agents by identifying their needs
  • Follow up with customers, sales agents, and carriers to confirm if the request is fulfilling the requirements agreed to in the contract
  • Comprehend the endtoend provisioning process
  • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts with carrier circuit installs/activations

What You'll Bring to Succeed

Required

  • Advanced English level 90% or above (written and spoken)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months to a year of customer service experience
  • 1 or more years of experience working on projects is required
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize requests in a fastpaced and deadlineoriented environment
  • Ability to set priorities, develop a work schedule, monitor progress towards goals, and track details, data, information, and activities.
  • Demonstrated ability in handling networking deployments
  • Ability to set proper expectations and establish expectations
  • Liaising with clients to determine the project's objectives
  • Ability to work independently and escalate items you are unsure about

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience in current telecom/technology products and services
  • CCNA modules are desirable
  • Project Management fundamental
  • PMP best practices Knowledge
