This role requires deep knowledge of GTM and a consistent track record in setting up and leading GTM for a range of B2B organizations. We are looking for a hands-on configuration and administration player that wants to dig in and drive tools and processes across the entire digital ecosystem. This role will support daily system utilization and stability, including developing governance protocols, continually improving user experience and functionality and aiding users with reporting and system/process optimization.We are looking for a person who loves data, thrives on system integrations and optimization and thinks critically when it comes to continually improving digital tracking. You will work closely with teams across the enterprise, ranging from Go-To-Marketing sales and marketing teams to IT and operations teams. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities and responsibilities shift with the business.     What you'll get to do

    As a Google Tag Manager Expert on the Marketing Operations Team, you will have the opportunity to drive a wide range of initiatives:
  • Setup, manage, and troubleshoot Google Tag Manager
  • Implement tracking tags using GTM for various digital platforms
  • Conduct regular checks and audits to ensure optimal GTM performance
  • Provide regular updates and reports on GTM performance
  • Ensure that all GTM activities comply with data privacy regulations
  • Develop new solutions for complex tracking and tagging requirements based on changing business needs
  • Conducts Quality assurance of the implemented solutions
  • Ensure pixel and tag changes are implemented accurately and efficiently.
  • Conduct thorough testing to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during implementations or releases.
  • Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant teams.
  • Communicate effectively with partners about releases, updates, and changes in the

    • Must-have Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in Google Tag Manager: setting up, managing, and troubleshooting (including using custom Javascript)
  • At least 3 years of experience in Google Analytics, including some hands-on experience with GA4
  • Proven experience in implementing tracking tags using GTM
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, web analytics, and data privacy regulations
  • Highly skilled at time-management, is detail oriented and has high standards for project delivery.
  • Self-starter with a passion and curiosity for solving unstructured data problems and ability to manipulate and optimize large data sets.
  • Process orientated, highly organized, excels at multitasking, strong documentation, coordination and project management skills
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills and an ability to convey technical concepts to less technical team members
  • Confidence to offer consultation to business partners and team members within Sales, Partner, Marketing Operations.
  • A familiarity working with AGILE/SCRUM process management.
  • B.A. in Marketing, Technology, or related field, or equivalent years of industry experience.
