A bit about the role...
Leads E2E mindset and enables our network way of working.

Creates and leads detailed plans, manages the backlog and leads prioritization and initiative routines to support the Global Total Rewards teams at scale.

Collaborating with Total Rewards COE on design of user centric solutions, building, measuring and learning where we can improve user experience, drive effectiveness, and deliver efficiencies, as a strategic enabler of value creation for the company.


  • Responsible for leading Compensation, Equity & Mobility initiative requirement business analysis, requirements documentation as well as developing, leading and executing E2E testing/defect strategy for the project
  • Subject matter expert of Workday Compensation (Core and Advanced), Equity and Mobility Business Processes, Compensation DevOps tools and internal dashboards
  • Elicit and document business and technical requirements (functional and nonfunctional)
  • Write use cases, user stories or requirements specification documentation (depending on project type)
  • Business Process Mapping visualize work by creating process models, specifications, diagrams, and flow charts to provide direction to the cross functional team and build change management plans. Gain indepth functional understanding of existing solutions and data flows between platforms. Be able to map business requirements to existing capabilities and identify gaps.
  • Active participant in all phases of systems development lifecycle (SDLC) process and will be required to work closely with a variety of internal and external business partners to ensure that all business requirements are met
  • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose highlevel information into details, abstract up from lowlevel information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
  • Facilitate requirements signoff, including requirements walkthroughs, requirements workshops
  • Views and monitors defects, proactive knowledge sharing, serve as liaison between users, vendors and technical groups to resolve issues
  • Research and resolve the root cause of a problem and resolve timely while juggling multiple other initiatives
  • Work with Networked Organization to identify and execute process improvement opportunities balancing both enduser and operations perspectives to drive overall value
  • Strong partnership with developers to plan and prioritize, coordinate WD releases and WD tenant management (refreshes)

Requirements:


  • Scrum Master certification
  • Six Sigma experience and/or training
  • 3+ years of experience as business analyst or testing lead
