    Your Role

    We are seeking a Regional Talent Acquisition Partner to join our LATAM offices, based in San Jose, Costa Rica. We are a highly collaborative team and we are passionate about what we do.     What You Will Do

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Talent Acquisition team across our different offices in LATAM.
  • Partner with our different Leadership teams to define, implement and execute effective recruitment strategies.
  • Represent Gensler as a Brand Ambassador, marketing our firm through best-in-class recruitment technology, and social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs, and develop sourcing strategies accordingly.
  • Lead the growth and development of the Talent Acquisition team members and manage their professional development plans.
  • Develop strong relationships with candidates, understanding their needs and helping them to find a fit at Gensler.
  • Keep candidates continually informed of opportunities and outcomes with quality communications throughout the hiring process. Ensure the appropriate approvals are gained before any recruitment process begins, challenging where appropriate and ensuring internal talent is used wherever possible
  • Manage a full life-cycle recruitment process, from research and sourcing through the offer and acceptance, with both active and passive candidates from emerging talent through executive leadership.
  • Manage the logistics of candidate assessment, candidate presentation, scheduling interviews and providing background information to key stake holders, follow-up feedback and reference checking.
  • Develop Interview questions as well as conduct the interview training session to hiring managers
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop 'talent pools' of possible future candidates within the industry.
  • Advise team members on competitive research and market trends while offering strategic solutions for recruitment during changing business trends.
  • Your Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in related areas of the search process, staffing, sourcing and executive search.
  • Ability to lead executive talent acquisition processes at the most senior level.
  • Proven experience with data management and attention to detail. Able to pull reports and provide Leadership updates on opportunities and obstacles to overcome.
  • Fantastic memory with systematic data management for significant information related to recruiting talent (candidates, competitors, projects, connections to the firm, etc.)
  • Professional services demeanor with demonstrated ability to organize and execute time management priorities while effectively communicating with key stake holders and team members.
  • Proactive and innovative approach, constantly looking for ways to improve and develop the service
  • Strong interpersonal and writing skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing changing deadlines and frequent interruptions.
