JLL supports the Whole You, personally and professionally.

Understand the business and leadership priorities, including the business strategy, P&L, and key initiatives that drive the bottom line
Use internal networks and pull on previous HR experience, to advocate best practices and support development and execution of strategy, policy and practice, and business initiatives
Support the growth strategy, of the business by providing tactical HR support during bid, acquisition, new business and restructuring including re-deployment and RIF (reduction in force) paperwork
Partner with the extended HR team and the Business to support a wide range of projects across Talent Management, Staffing / Recruiting, Employee Relations, Compensation and Business Planning
Support the annual performance management processes by educating managers and employees, driving analysis of completion rates and encouraging thoughtful participation in the process
Work with the HR LatAm network, supporting Managers to address employee performance issues by providing advice and counsel, data and analytics, best practices, escalating and working with Risk and Legal where appropriate
Assist in the production and delivery of analytics, trends, feedback and other data to improve the effectiveness and efficiencies of the HR team / processes, or broader organizational performance
Work with HRSD teams as needed to identify and resolve employee data issues. Actively leverage the HR technology in order to drive value and results
Advocate and support the use of the full suite of HR service offerings (example: Workday), HR Services Now, My Onboarding, and CoEs, acting as role model and facilitator to ensure business areas adhere to, and HR deliver to agreed service offerings
Position yourself as a credible champion who embodies the JLL culture and values in all of your interactions. Integrate a mindset around diversity and inclusion constantly; be able and willing to coach others' to understand ways to optimize the firm's values
Balance business needs, company requirements, and protect the interests of the organization while advocating for employee interests, in service of creating a culture where employees and leaders reflect and live our JLL Values (Ethics, Teamwork and Excellence)


Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with exposure to a broad range of HR services
Availability to travel within LatAm would be required (twice a yr aprox)
Advanced level of English is also required.
Preferred Generalist experience, though specialist experience across a number of areas is acceptable
Bachelor's degree with a major/minor or emphasis in HR or other relevant field is required
