Pfizer – Recruiting and Onboarding Delivery (Temporary) 

• Execute key operational components of the end to end recruitment and onboarding processes, coordination and logistics, offer documentation generation and management, and pre-boarding documentation management. 

• Provide onboarding support and coordination for new hires and hiring managers including providing access to relevant tools, technologies, personnel, and events. 

• Take ownership of all recruitment and onboarding administration assigned tasks and tickets and make sure that they are resolved efficiently and with a superior level of quality.

 • Ensure process alignment to country legal and privacy-related requirements and delivery against agreed SLA’s/KPI’s for recruitment and onboarding processes.

 • Submit new hire I9 form in the system prior to start day.

August 2021 – February 2023

VMware – Recruiting Coordinator 

• Schedule phone screens, virtual assessments, and interviews across multiple time zones globally. 

• Use high volume tailored scheduling tools and processes to create efficiencies and streamline the time to interview for high volume requisitions. 

• Review interview feedback in applicant tracking system and move candidate to next step. 

• Send keep warm emails and follow up with the candidate and hiring manager at interview and onboarding stages to provide and maintain optimal candidate experience. 

• Send reminder emails to hiring managers to ensure new hire equipment and system access has been requested. 

• Ensure all onboarding tasks are completed prior to start date.

Bayer – US HR Front Office Associate 

• Serve as first point of contact to US Bayer employees for HR inquiries, policies and procedures by phone call or email. 

• Perform HR employee inquiry processes and deliver solutions to improve customer service and maintain positive and lasting customer relationships.

• Coordinate interviews by phone, video or in person and schedule travel if needed.

• Track and store applications, approval emails and offer letters within the end to end process. 

• Initiate background check investigations through Sterling. (HR system)
