His/her duties include assigning employees to production stations, monitoring production levels at different points in the production process, and developing workplace policies. Ensures compliance with good manufacturing and quality practices, provides constant coaching and feedback to ensure compliance with standards. He/she facilitates a healthy environment, ensuring that the people on his team live the principles and values of the company.
Role and responsibilitites
Requirements
University degree the areas of engineering, industrial production, administration or the like that qualify you for the position.
• Proven work experience in positions related to production supervision of no less than 7 years, preferably in highly regulated industries such as medical devices, pharmaceutical or the like.
• People-oriented and results-oriented.
• High sense of urgency and leadership
