- Delivers accurate and timely people operations support, to internal stakeholders like team members, managers and the People and Culture peers, ensuring adherence to HR procedures and processes.
- Supports employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves of absence, immigration, and HR policies and procedures.
- Stays informed about labor laws and regulations to ensure the organization's compliance.
- Develops, updates, and communicates HR policies and procedures to the wider HR Team and the entire organization.
- Ensures that policies are consistently applied and aligned with organizational values.
- Conducts regular audits to ensure HR processes adhere to legal requirements and improve efficiency.
- Prepares and maintains employee records to meet legal and organizational requirements and different audits.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or any other related field or currently studying it.
- Previous experience in HR compliance, process implementation, HR systems, labor law, and employee benefits programs.
- Experience anticipating issues, problem-solving, and implementing solutions, including referring critical issues to the appropriate level of management, and improving efficiency, quality, cost, and productivity.
- Demonstrated experience positively influencing and collaborating with others.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Demonstrated understanding of the evolving HR landscape and demonstrated capability of leading organizational change efforts.
- Capability to innovate and integrate HR practice around critical business issues, and align people, processes, and structure to support these innovations.
