    Responsible for providing best-in-class technical support to a global customer base.
    Maintains ownership of the resolution of complex technical problems, including debugging, simulations, identifying bugs, tool and script development for problem diagnosis, troubleshooting and reproduction.

    What will your job look like?

  • Day to day work will be mainly support of existing application for IT and non-IT work, handing requests/tasks, and completing those task/administrative work using the application.
  • You will take ownership and accountability of specific application and provides technical support and guidance during solution design for new requirements, problem resolution for critical / complex issues
  • You will join customer call where customer/application stake holder and provide support as applicable.
  • You will bring continuous improvements/efficiencies to the software or business processes by utilizing software engineering tools and various innovative techniques and reusing existing solutions.
  • You will represent/lead discussions related to product/application/modules/team (for example, leads technical design reviews). Builds relationships with internal customers/stakeholders.
  • Investigate & analyze day to day tasks and take/suggest corrective action to enhance further for effort reduction.
  • Support day to production issues and implement automation for day to day repeating work using SRE platform.
  • Implement Production defect fixes (as needed).

    Bachelor's degree in Science/IT/Computer Science or equivalent

  • 2 - 4 yrs experience as a software engineer or a software support engineer.
  • 2+ yrs experience and ability to write software code in C or C++ or Python.
  • 1+ yr experience with SQL simple queries
  • 2+ yrs experience in Unix/Linux platform
  • Having programing knowledge in Java is an advantage.
  • Familiar with Shell Scripting
