BASIC FUNCTION

  • Interact with the team and with users, directly, during the project lifecycle.
  • Gather requirements from users and analyze.
  • Develop solution according to the requirements.
  • Provide technical support for users.
  • Resolve business and technical problems which requires knowledge of C#, Java, SQL, JSON, XML, C#,.NET Framework, Web services, HTML, and JavaScript.
  • Assist team members with any technical issues they may consult with you on.
  • Use of IDEs is required.
  • Build and maintain relationships with users and team members that can be leveraged to support the achievement of business objectives.
  • Works independently or in conjunction with a project team.

BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proactively assists manager in defining direction for future projects.
  • Ensures that the services are available to support all development projects.
  • Follows established coding standards and process procedures.
  • Follows change control processes.
  • Facilitates upgrade management when necessary.
  • Interact with the team for addressing issues and resolving conflicts
  • Works with users to ensure development of intuitive user interfaces and a good user experience

EDUCATION

  • Fluent in English.

EXPERIENCE /SKILLS

  • 35 years of related experience in software development.
  • C# /.NET programming experience required.
  • Experience with creation and the use of Web Services (REST, SOAP, AJAX, etc.).
  • Strong capability in most of the following: Java, SQL, JSON, XML, HTML, JavaScript
  • Exceptional customer service orientation and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapportbuilding, listening, and questioning.
  • Experience with any of the following technologies is desirable: PHP, ASP, Oracle PL/SQL, Cloud Services (i.e. Azure / AWS), SharePoint (MOSS), BPEL, Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF), Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle EBS, understanding of SOA concepts, basic Microsoft SQL Server database administration, familiarity with source control tools and concepts, familiarity with the use of Object Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks (i.e. Hibernate/ADF/TopLink), familiarity with jQuery or other DOM manipulation techniques or frameworks.
  • Versatility in learning new languages or technologies as projects require is a desirable trait.
