- Manage a product team of four people, overseeing the development of performance standards and completion of product objectives.
- Implement vital programs and strategies focusing on cost control and onboarding emerging technologies.
- Work collaboratively, effectively, and efficiently with stakeholders to ensure alignment and prioritization of goals and resources regarding projects and organizational initiatives.
- Create and own a long-term global collaboration product strategy and roadmap.
- Manage the end-to-end employee experience for all Microsoft 365 applications and offerings.
- Ensure integrations with existing systems and applications are maintained.
- Compose and convey executive-level updates to IT leadership.
- Identify innovative uses of technology to provide a competitive advantage for BSC.
- Develop tooling and automation to drive efficiency and quality across products and services.
- Collaborate with the Cybersecurity team to review security controls for on-premise and cloud-based applications.
- Establish, implement, and maintain product regulatory and security compliance policies as applicable (i.e., HIPAA, GDPR, SOC2, SOX).
- Use OKRs and KPIs to measure success and to communicate to your team, customers, and leadership.
- Ensure product deliverables meet or exceed service-level expectations for quality, timeliness, and performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, related technical degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Information Technology.
- A minimum of 3+ years in an IT Product Owner or Product Manager role, leading people and projects.
- Demonstrated strong technical experience with the Microsoft 365 suite.
- Ability to work in a Global team collaboratively in person and virtually.
- Proven experience developing and maintaining strong relationships with IT Partners, Stakeholders, and Vendors.
- Demonstrated experience in IT contract management (i.e., MSAs, software/subscription agreements, professional services).
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver IT product strategies.
- Self-motivated, independent, and adaptable.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills, maintaining project progress, and communicating design or development gaps.
- English Level desire 80% or above
