    Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and define project scope and objectives based on both team member needs and a good understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements.
  • Identify resources needed and work with technology leaders to assign team members.
  • Analyze business and user needs then document requirements.
  • Set and manage client expectations.
  • Manage basic project phases, coordinate, and drive communication, facilitate decisions, and follow through on the execution.
  • Manage issues and Risk identified during the project lifecycle.
  • Document proper Lessons Learned as part of the project closure.
  • Facilitate regular project team meetings.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of the PM Methodology.
  • Keep business units/stakeholders informed of progress and changes through written or verbal communication and minimize our exposure of risks on a project.
  • Effectively apply our project management methodology and project standards as well as help develop best practices and tools for project execution.
  • Develop project reporting focused on the quadruple constrain (Scope, Time, Cost and Quality)
  • Develop/maintain project timeline and scope per customer requirements.
  • Assist the PMO on service and department improvement initiatives.

    • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer/Technology or Project Management related field
  • 3+ years of successful IT project management experience
  • Understanding of basic Cyber Security practices
  • Intermediate-advanced English is a must for communication with global teams
  • Strong sense of customer service/orientation
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Organization and planning skills to effectively prioritize and execute work
  • Strong knowledge/usage of MS Office Applications
  • Maintain organized and thorough documentation
  • Effectively work as individual and/or with others to solve problems
  • Proactively and diligently follow up on project activities and deliverables
  • Ability to effectively adapt to/manage changes
  • Some overtime and/or flexible work schedules may be required
  • Some domestic and international travel may be required
  • Work remotely from home office (Eastern Time Zone working hours)

    • Preferred:

  • PMI Project Management Certifications
  • Knowledge of PMI Methodology
  • Use of ServiceNow platform
  • ITSM/ITIL foundation
  • EY
