Make different reports on clients in Mexico and presentations for vice presidents and directors. ✓ Talent Attraction at all levels create the recruitment process for all candidates like (Sr FP&A Analyst, Jr FP&A Analyst, Assistant Vice President, Project Delivery, Financial Analyst, Specialist) successfully. ✓ Ensure a positive candidate experience through the interview process to develop strong relationships with candidates and provide guidance as needed for the on – boarding process ✓ Establish rapport and work with hiring managers to understand business requirements and create compelling job descriptions ✓ Improvement in the weekly presentations to the senior heads on the status of the weekly results over the current ones by knowledge generating a greater analysis. ✓ Be in charge of coordinating the weekly and monthly meetings to review the results virtually for Mexico and Costa Rica with good time management.
