- Grado universitario en estadística, matemáticas, informática, economía u otro campo relacionado.
- Experiencia previa en análisis de datos, preferiblemente en un entorno empresarial.
- Conocimiento sólido de SQL y experiencia en el manejo de bases de datos relacionales.
- Competencia en herramientas de análisis de datos como R, Python, SAS o similares.
- Experiencia en la creación de informes y dashboards utilizando herramientas de visualización de datos como Tableau, Power BI, etc.
- Fuertes habilidades analíticas y capacidad para interpretar y comunicar hallazgos de manera efectiva.
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y en equipo, gestionando múltiples proyectos simultáneamente.
- Atención al detalle y capacidad para trabajar en un entorno orientado a resultados.
