    JOB SUMMARY

  • Responsible for timely and accurately processing of invoices and payments for Costa Rica site.
  • Analyzes invoices, purchase orders and accounting records to record expenses and transactions in the correct accounts and cost centers.
  • Provide timely responses to all accounts payable inquiries and collaborate with operations team and suppliers to resolve invoice discrepancies.
  • Develops projections and prepares reports such as accounts payables accruals, cash flow projections.
  • Journal entries processing and reconciliations
  • Other accounting tasks as assigned.

    • Role Requirements

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Skills and Knowledge

    KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 5 years of experience in accounts payables on hand processing for multinational companies.Fluent in English.Accounting experience and university background.Proficiency in Excel and familiar with MS.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in calculations and execution of invoice processing.
  • University Accounting studies in progress is greatly desired.Experience on QAD ERP is a big plus.
