Maintain the global employees’ archives & personal records up to date and work with the HR system data entry, provide onboarding for new hires and handle the leavers process for the company, creation of attrition reports on a monthly basis and other needed reports on demand, along with contracts, offer letters and any legal type of document needed by the employees. Handle the promotions process, create the documentation needed for this, contact the employees and make the necessary changes in the system regarding the promotions. Experience in creating any special project such as engagement activities that cultivate the values in the company by organizing them and providing on-site support for the activities.

Handle Human Resources tasks over the phone while having a 1on1 relationship with Amazon Employees, HR Business Partners and managing tickets about confidential data. Mentoring my peers in order to improve their QA scores & providing support on the team chat to the new hires as a side project.
