    YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process and reviews contracts based on requests and content contribution of Bayer-internal clients (especially Procurement, General Commercial, R&D and businesses with Healthcare Professionals).
  • Legal advisory in regards to contractual matters to Bayer-internal clients.
  • Review and analyze legal clauses from third-party agreements.
  • Identify complex cases or irregularities in the contracts and escalate them.
  • Regular communication with stakeholders.
  • Identify improvement areas in terms of efficiency and quality.

    • WHO YOU ARE

  • University degree in legal.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Legal Operations.
  • Experience in roles which require broad client interaction and coordination.
  • Advanced English skills both spoken and written.
  • Skills in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Good knowledge of document management systems.
  • Customer service.
  • Time management.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changes.
  • Professional oral and written communication skills
