We are encouraged and driven to improve processes and look for better solutions every day.Amazon seeks a Payroll Coordinator to apply great customer service skills in a fast paced environment to insure accurate timely results for our employees.
Payroll is processed on a weekly and semi-monthly basis and will perform a variety of technical tasks relative to assigned areas of responsibility to process payroll; prepare a variety of statistical/financial reports and compile data and conduct research.
Emphasis will be on detail, problem solving, and data analysis.Sounds great? What will you be working on?
The Payroll Coordinator owns complex process and act as SMEs to perform specific tasks within the payroll process, such as gathering and validating data from HR, Employee Services, Compensation & Benefits, legal Compliance.
They are responsible for answering queries filed through ticketing system, exhibiting excellent customer service, detailed, strong problem solving to remove operational roadblocks.
Conduct Dive Deeps and analysis in regards to operational issues or metrics not on target to understand root causes to propose and implement corrective actions.
Same day escalation of complex issues with recommendations and follow through completion. These roles proactively identify and drive improvement opportunities and propose or support long-term enhancement initiatives.Can you handle more?
