- Responsible for supporting training system and questions with internal and external customers.
- Regular email support, training system interactions and general problem solving and troubleshooting.
- Basic maintenance of Learning Management System and its content.
- Proficiency in English
- Experience reporting in Excel and other database-driven is required.
- 6+ months of experience in training and learning field is an added advantage.
- Strong ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with a high-energy team supporting customers' questions and needs.
