    About the Role

    Looking for an upbeat, focused and self motivated individual to work with both the Director of Corporate Sales Development, Regional Sales VPs and Directors to develop and implement targeted territory development plans and align CSD daily activities in order to meet quarterly goals. They will lead and manage a team of Corporate Sales Development Representatives including recruiting, hiring, and training new reps as well as developing and implementing standard methodologies across the team such as messaging and objection handling. In addition, they will implement targeted outbound calling programs, conduct mock Calling Exercises, call blitzes and provide individual mentorship to CSDs. This individual will need experience working closely with Marketing--supporting Field Marketing activities within the territory, including webinars, trade-shows, and demand generation campaigns. This is a player/mentor role for someone who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.

Deberá liderar y gestionar un equipo de representantes de Desarrollo de Ventas Corporativas, incluidos el reclutamiento, la contratación y la capacitación de nuevos representantes, así como el desarrollo y la implementación de metodologías estándar en todo el equipo, como mensajería y manejo de objeciones. Además, deberá implementar programas específicos de llamadas dirigidas, realizar simulacros de ejercicios de llamadas, realizar campañas masivas de llamadas y brindar mentoría individual a los miembros de CSD. Debe contar con experiencia trabajando en estrecha colaboración con Marketing y apoyar las actividades de Marketing de Campo dentro del territorio, incluidos seminarios web, ferias comerciales y campañas de generación de demanda. Es una función de jugador o mentor para alguien que no tiene miedo de arremangarse y hacer el trabajo.

    About You

    Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in depth Salesforce knowledge required
  • 2+ years experience in sales development leadership or as a Team Lead
  • It is essential to be bilingual in Spanish and English
  • ​Other Qualifications:

  • Ability to keep the team energized and motivated is key.
  • Great attention to detail is required.
  • Generates and achieves quarterly territory forecasts, and accurately predicts quarterly generated pipeline.
  • Implement metrics to supervise the team's level of activity and quality.
  • Recent successful experience and shown ability to develop a prospect pipeline via targeted outbound prospecting and engaging business Executives.
  • Excellent account management skills, including skills to analyze, position and qualify opportunities.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • The ideal candidate is bold, creative, self driven and highly analytical.
  • They must be organized and be able to lead their time reliably.
  • Consistent track record to coach and mentor.
  • Experience using sales pipeline generation and coordination tools such as the following: Outreach ZoomInfo DemandBase LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Cualificaciones básicas:

  • Indispensable ser bilingüe en español e inglés.
  • 2 años o más de experiencia en liderazgo de desarrollo de ventas o como líder de equipo.

  • Se requiere gran atención al detalle.
  • Generar y lograr previsiones territoriales trimestrales y predecir con precisión el pipeline generado trimestralmente.
  • Implementar métricas para supervisar el nivel de actividad y la calidad del equipo.
  • Experiencia exitosa reciente y capacidad demostrada de desarrollar una cartera de clientes potenciales a través de búsqueda hacia afuera dirigida de clientes potenciales y la participación de ejecutivos de negocios.
  • Excelentes habilidades para gestionar cuentas, incluidas la habilidad de analizar, posicionar y calificar oportunidades.
  • Excelentes habilidades orales y escritas.
  • El candidato ideal es audaz, creativo, con iniciativa propia y muy analítico.
  • Debe ser organizado y capaz de gestionar su tiempo de forma confiable.
  • Sólida trayectoria como entrenador y mentor.
