About the Role
The responsibility of a CSD associate at Workday is to deploy various prospecting strategies across target accounts, partnering with Account Executives to build a quality pipeline for Workday. The key responsibility of a CSD representative is to contact potential customers and share the Workday value messaging while also discovering the needs of the prospect and their organization.
Through a combination of email, phone calls, Marketing Qualified Leads, social selling, and even face-to-face events, our CSD team generates valuable pipeline by identifying qualified potential buyers and helping champion the relationship between the account and the Workday team.
La responsabilidad de un asociado de Desarrollo de Ventas Corporativas (CSD) en Workday es desplegar diversas estrategias de prospección a través de cuentas objetivo y asociarse con ejecutivos de cuentas a fin de construir una cartera de candidatos de calidad para Workday. La responsabilidad principal de un representante de CSD es ponerse en contacto con clientes potenciales y compartir el mensaje de valor de Workday, al tiempo que descubre las necesidades del cliente potencial y de su organización.
Mediante una combinación de correos electrónicos, llamadas telefónicas, Líderes de Marketing Cualificados, ventas en redes sociales e incluso eventos presenciales, nuestro equipo de CSD genera una cartera de candidatos valiosa, identifica a los compradores potenciales cualificados y ayuda a desarrollar la relación entre la cuenta y el equipo de Workday.
