- Llevar el seguimiento de la capacitación de los DVCs y IVCs. Hacer reportes quincenales sobre el avance de la capacitación.
- Mantener actualizados los registros de capacitación de los empleados, cumpliendo con el SLA de acuerdo con el puesto. Utilizar de forma correcta la herramienta.
- Llevar control de las personas pendientes de entrenamientos, con ayuda de una matriz de entrenamiento con ayuda de producción.
- Archivar digital y físicamente los trainings record sheet de cada entrenamiento en Learnlt.
- Programar las necesidades de capacitación para los DVCs y IVCs en función de los planes de capacitación asignados.
- Aportar en la ejecución de los entrenamientos de otros departamentos que se tengan que hacer en el job training que afecte a los DVC y IVC.
- Informar a los empleados sobre sus horarios de capacitación y progreso en el mismo.
- Ubicar y brindar las herramientas de trabajo necesarias al personal de nuevo ingreso.
- Revisar las instrucciones necesarias para cada puesto de trabajo y analizar cuando es necesario realizar un entrenamiento.
- Ayuda con la aplicación de exámenes para medir la efectividad del aprendizaje del personal entrenado.
- Asumir la responsabilidad de los aspectos de seguridad identificados para el puesto dado.
- Lleve a cabo programas de capacitación técnica establecidos, ya sea en múltiples tipos de máquinas o disciplinas, siguiendo los planes de lecciones y las guías de lecciones apropiadas utilizando métodos y técnicas probados y efectivos.
- Participar en el análisis de los NC cuando sea necesario.
- Capacidad para liderar con el ejemplo y ayudar a los miembros del Value Stream
- Mínimo 1 años de experiencia laboral en puestos relacionados.
- Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en industrias de manufactura
- Diplomado o Título Técnico en producción, administración, calidad o afines. O tener al menos un 80% de avance.
- Flexibilidad de horarios basados en las necesidades de la empresa.
- Conocimiento en procesos productivos de manufactura.
- Conocimientos intermedios de MS Office, especialmente Excel.
- Habilidad para utilizar sistemas de control interno de documentos
- Habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas en su área de trabajo
- Nivel de Inglés Intermedio B1
- Capacidad para leer, analizar, interpretar e implementar procedimientos del departamento.
- Mínimo 1 año de experiencia laboral en áreas de Calidad
- Bachiller universitario en administración de empresas, ingeniería industrial o carreras afines.
- Formación en Lean Manufacturing y sus herramientas 5's, Kaisen, etc).
- Experiencia previa como facilitador/ entrenador.
- Certificado como entrenador / facilitador
- Formación en criterios de calidad (inspección visual y funcional y ejecución de ensayos).
