- Review customer specifications and commercial terms
- Create quotations based on pricing policies and sales procedures
- Ensure accuracy of customer purchase orders
- Handle expedited customer requests
- Document and address customer complaints
- Provide proactive customer communication
- Ensure timely order processing
- Engage in problem resolution
- Support other departments as needed
- BS degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineering
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAD software
- English language proficiency level B1 or higher
- Experience with Oracle software preferred
- Background in valves and actuation a plus
