TE Connectivity's Field Application Engineering Teams work intimately with customers to recommend products and solutions for new and existing applications. They identify new applications, requirement modifications and enhancements to meet customer specifications and conduct on-site installation and service of product and are responsible for all technical aspects of the sales cycle for potential application of company products to meet customer needs, including identifying opportunities; determining solutions; creating demand; preparing detailed product specifications and technical marketing support; ensuring high quality and timely project execution and conducting follow-up technical support. They also approve operational quality of systems and equipment.

Propósito general del puesto
Responsable por el control y mejoras de procesos de manufactura, donde se cumpla los estándares de la industria junto con la Calidad del producto
Dentro de las funciones fundamentales se tiene: Cumplimiento Normativo, Garantía de Calidad, nuevas tecnologías y métodos para generar mejoras, Colaboración Interdisciplinaria, Optimización de Procesos, Resolución de Problemas Técnicos avanzados y Actualización Tecnológica de los equipos con tecnologías obsoletas o en proceso de salir del mercado.
Responsabilidades
Aplica la experiencia de una disciplina específica o un amplio conocimiento de otras disciplinas relacionadas para resolver cuestiones significativas/únicas/complejas, donde el análisis de situaciones o datos requiere una evaluación en profundidad de factores variables. - Proporciona información medible para los objetivos y metas del departamento en apoyo de las estrategias de la función o de las unidades de negocio.
- Colabora con otros colegas y compañeros en la resolución de los problemas. - Interactúa y/o negocia eficazmente con clientes externos y/o internos en todos los niveles. - Proporciona formación y tutoría a otros empleados profesionales dentro de la organización. - Demuestra experiencia dentro de una disciplina profesional específica al integrar la teoría y los principios con las prácticas organizacionales y los precedentes en el trabajo.
- Desarrolla soluciones a problemas complejos que requieren un alto grado de ingenio e innovación. -Asegurar los procesos de manufactura que cumplan con las normativas y estándares de la industria, como las Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura (GMP) y la normativa ISO13485.
-Seleccionar herramientas (o Fixtures) de alta complejidad para garantizar la consistencia y calidad del producto, y soportar las validaciones en procesos ya establecidos
Requisitos del Puesto
• Educación
Título de bachillerato o licenciatura en Ingenieria debidamente aprobado.
Conocimiento básico en el paquete de MS Office.
Programacion en Scada
• Experiencia (Años laborados dentro o fuera de la compañía)
•
Debe tener mínimo 8 años de experiencia en un ambiente de producción.
•
Experiencia en roles de supervisión en entornos de manufactura al menos durante 8 años.
• Competencias (Habilidades)

Buena capacidad y actitud para adaptarse al cambio.
•
Habilidades para comunicarse de manera positiva y eficaz con todos los departamentos y el equipo Gerencial.

Experiencia en técnicas de optimización de procesos

Conocimiento en Software de diseño mecánico (Solid Works, AUTOCAD)

Ingles B2, C1 (Deseable)

Disponibilidad para laborar en jornada extraordinaria.
•
Debe ser responsable y disciplinado, cumpliendo con su jornada de trabajo.
•
Conocimientos en herramientas de resolución de problemas (DMAIC, RCA, A3, PDCA).
Conocimiento profundo y alto dominio de las áreas a fin (Grinding / Misceláneos), tanto del funcionamiento de los equipos como de los procesos, y capacidad solución de problemas (no incluye problemas de mantenimiento)
