- Data entry
- Support media billing processes across stakeholders
- Liaise with agency support services, vendors, and internal teams to resolve media billing issues
- Source and compile information for client reporting
- Supporting vendor compliance processes
- Keeping track of media authorizations
- Reporting responsibilities during the Billing Cycle
- Supporting and collaborating with brands & agency projects.
- B2 or above English language level
- Bachelor's Degree
- +1 year of experience with Finance or Accounting roles
- Microsoft Excel: Intermediate-Advanced
- Negotiation and project management skills
- Proactive and purposeful person
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Process-oriented
- Great ability for time management and independency

As part of the Client Operations team, you will support our media and finance teams across our portfolio of agencies by handling various functions involved in the media billing process and other administrative duties.
Associate Responsibilities:
• Update MediaTools Flowcharts based on budget changes
• Actualize MediaTools Flowcharts based on monthly delivery
• Generate Excel reports from MediaTools
• Maintain trackers of all flowchart revisions and budgets
