You will partner closely with the program sponsor, business leads and technology teams in defining and executing medium to large, cross-functional programs focused on organization effectiveness and efficiencies aligned with Workday's scale.

    We are looking for a program manager who understands the value of structure while balancing the need for agility and innovation within that framework. Leveraging program management best practices, this role will identify and manage scope, dependencies, drive timeline alignment, risk management, health and status reporting and driving on time delivery of outcomes and deliverables.

    Responsibilities

  • Lead Support program team or workstreams. Includes creating cohesive program plans and milestones
  • Lead collaboration across cross-functional Global Support subject matter experts and delivery leads to identify, design, prioritize, and provide oversight to development and implementation of tools and supporting processes.
  • Monitor and report progress against program objectives and goals
  • Represent Global Support program priorities and progress to influence and enable corporate initiative.
  • Establish quantified business impact goals and measurement models to provide insight, track progress, and inform operations and conceptual planning.
  • Develop and execute on internal communications plan
  • Identify risks and issues and execute on plans to mitigate or prevent

    Buscamos un director de programa que comprenda el valor de la estructura y al mismo tiempo equilibre la necesidad de agilidad e innovación dentro de ese marco. Aprovechando las mejores prácticas de gestión de programas, esta función identificará y gestionará el alcance, las dependencias, impulsará la alineación de los cronogramas, la gestión de riesgos, los informes de salud y estado e impulsará la entrega puntual de resultados y entregables.

    Responsabilidades

  • Liderar el equipo o los flujos de trabajo del programa de soporte. Incluye la creación de planes e hitos de programas coherentes.
  • Liderar la colaboración entre expertos en la materia de soporte global interfuncional y líderes de entrega para identificar, diseñar, priorizar y supervisar el desarrollo y la implementación de herramientas y procesos de soporte.
  • Monitorear e informar el progreso en comparación con los objetivos y metas del programa.
  • Representar las prioridades y el progreso del programa de soporte global para influir y permitir la iniciativa corporativa.
  • Establezca objetivos de impacto empresarial cuantificados y modelos de medición para proporcionar información, realizar un seguimiento del progreso e informar las operaciones y la planificación conceptual.
  • Desarrollar y ejecutar el plan de comunicaciones internas.
  • Identificar riesgos y problemas y ejecutar planes para mitigar o prevenir.

    • Inglés fluido a nivel empresarial.

    About You

    Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in PMO/Program Management leadership
  • 6+ years in enterprise software application support

    • Other Qualifications

  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and exemplary program management skills.
  • Ability to identify dependencies between complex programs/projects and determine impact.
  • Problem solver capable of translating issues into simple terms to facilitate discussion and decision.
  • Excellent organizational, presentation and communication skills
  • Effective in and experienced in managing cross functional relationships.

  • Más de 6 años de experiencia en liderazgo de PMO/Gestión de Programas
  • Más de 6 años en soporte de aplicaciones de software empresarial
