What you'll do:
- Relevant experience in IT projects and especially SNOW/ServiceNow implementations would be very beneficial.
- Define project scope and timelines with the leadership team and departments involved.
- Identify critical stakeholders of the project and set up a project structure incl. regular meetings and reviews.
- Can manage external stakeholders and allows internal team to focus on content work while ensuring the project is moving forward.
- Experience in creating and managing a roadmap with key milestones and due dates.
- Ensure coordination between key stakeholders (internal and external) and keep the project leadership team informed about status.
- Ensure work packages are defined and owners are assigned. Point out delays and assess overall impact.
- Prepare project documentation including status presentations for the leadership reviews, communication and training plans for the local organizations involved in the project.
- Prepare for the workshops and ensure proper participation. Document workshop results and share them with key stakeholders.
- Help set up cost center, charging model etc.
- Plan testing and follow up on identified issues.
- Coordinate implementation activities across all phases from start to finish.
Preferred experience:
- Flexible to work in EMEA and/or LATAM timezone.
- Relevant 15+ years project management experience in managing complex projects/timelines across multiple geographies (example
- ServiceNow implementation and cost center structure set up across 15 countries in 6 months).
