Overview
We are a boutique Marketing & Sales Enablement Agency focused on customers in the Information Technology & Telecommunications space. Our growing agency needs a motivated and experienced Program Manager to oversee client campaigns and programs.

The role will require regular, proactive, and value-added communication with clients and internal team members to deliver programs and campaigns on time and on budget.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Support the design of bestinclass marketing and sales enablement solutions for clients based on their goals and objectives
• Participate in brainstorming and pitch sessions to deliver fresh and innovative ideas to clients
• Support the creation and presentation of customer proposals
• Projectmanage all aspects of the client's marketing campaigns and programs
• Coordinate with internal team members to manage the production of deliverables to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget
• Vet all material prior to sending to clients to ensure that it addresses the defined requirements and liaise with team members to address any discrepancies
• Respond to client requests and concerns with a sense of urgency
• Develop exceptional relationships with key stakeholders in our key accounts
• Communicate progress and milestones with the agency CEO and other team members
• Assist with research and presentations for new business development as necessary
• Embrace thought leadership by staying uptodate on industry news, technology trends and best practices
• Manage agency resources with profitability and efficiency in mind

Qualifications & Experience

• Associates degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• 3+ years of marketing/project management experience (marketing agency experience would be an asset)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office & Adobe Creative Suite
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in English (Spanish would be an asset)
• Project Management Certification

Salary:
₡1,000, ₡1,500,000.00 per month

• Associate (preferred)

• Marketing: 3 years (preferred)

Project Management: 3 years (preferred)
