- Atencion de llamadas de cliente externo y de cliente interno.
- Asignar técnicos de campo para despacho.
- Llamar, dar seguimiento de cobro a agentes morosos.
- Brindar soporte al departamento de Contabilidad en el registro y trámite de solicitudes de ajuste por fallas de impresión o problemas de comunicación.
- Trabajo de campo con equipo de servicio técnico y ventas con la finalidad de tener un amplio conocimiento de resolver inconvenientes desde otra perspectiva.

Canalizar todo tipo de solicitudes entre el cliente final y todos los departamentos de la empresa, minimizando el envío innecesario del equipo técnico solucionando inconvenientes en el punto de venta.
Requisitos
1 año de experiencia en servicio al cliente y/o como agente de call Center.
Bachillerato en Educación media.
Dominio Intermedio del paquete Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, y Outlook).
Excelente comunicación oral y escrita.
Excelente Ortografía.
