Objective
As a Jr Payments Analyst, you will be responsible for managing payment processes for LATAM operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and execute payment processes for Latin American transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
Review payment requests, invoices, and supporting documentation to verify authenticity and completeness.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve paymentrelated inquiries and discrepancies in a timely manner.
Monitor payment schedules and deadlines to ensure timely execution and adherence to established timelines.
Maintain accurate records of payments and related transactions, including reconciliation of accounts and preparation of reports.
Utilize Oracle systems to process payments, reconcile accounts, and generate financial reports as needed.
Participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline payment processes and enhance efficiency within the finance department.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to support their professional development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in payments processing or accounts payable roles, with a focus on Latin American markets.
Proficiency in English: B1.
Handson experience with Oracle systems, including proficiency in relevant modules such as Accounts Payable.
Prior experience working in a Shared Service Center environment is highly desirable.
