- Provide user support to customer facing teams including questions, troubleshooting issues and application resolution including Salesforce, Configure Price Quote (CPQ) and other sales processes and platforms, reports, and data quality.
- Partners with and trains sales and client services teams to ensure high standards of data quality in Salesforce.
- Develop training materials for new hires and continuing education on SF process and best practices.
- Collaborates with the sales organization and other users to support Salesforce strategies, priorities, and roadmaps.
- Works together with team members on shared responsibilities.
- Lead routing

- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales support/operations or sales role, preferably in B2B sales environment.
- Advanced knowledge of , CPQ, and electronic signature tools required.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing tech stack is preferred.
- Knowledge of sales principals, sales cycle and process is preferred.
- Superior communication, problem solving, and analytical skills, experience with presenting to management.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, on multiple projects.
- Competent in Excel, Power Point, Word
