We are looking for a data savvy critical thinker to drive solutions for emerging product or listing issues for the organization.
As an Emerging Risk Manager, you will identify emerging risks to buyers and sellers in Amazon's stores and work with stakeholders to develop scalable approaches to mitigate and prevent these negative experiences.
You will need to develop deep understanding of existing programs and policies and various Customer and Seller pain points to drive change and innovative strategies that strike the right balance between mitigating risk and improving partner experiences.
These decisions must align with the overall organizational mental model and goals. The role also requires excellent stakeholder management across WW business, tech, legal, and operations teams.The role will also partner with leadership and other stakeholders across operations, technology, and product teams to ensure short and long-term solutions.
The ideal candidate will have passion for protecting customers, an ability to think big, and the desire to continuously improve mechanisms.
