- Identify and propose solutions that improve processes and #WoW to better support business needs related to Procurement/S2P topics for DSO teams.
- Employ various approaches tailored to individual skill sets to accomplish tasks effectively and ensure desired outcomes.
- Support identifying subjective training gaps that potentially impact the team, the business or suppliers .
- Lead insights initiatives for S2P Operations (POWGs) and Procurement Areas based on data analytics and user feedback.
- Issue mitigation/Root Cause Analysis strategy design and execution reaching sustainable results (Open door sessions/Deep dives), by performing analysis to assess quality and meaning of data to identify improvements.
- Builds analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into operational efficiency and other key business performance metrics.
- Support and communicate documentation upgrades, based in specific country/site knowledge - Callback request execution in local language.
- Refund request support to vendors in local language.
- Ensure that local legal requirements and regulations are considered in the respective Contract to Pay Processes.
- Define, maintain and monitor Country specifics, foster standardized processes in the country (-group) and initiate process adjustment based on local rules and regulations. Provide guidance/support to team members across the GBS
- Studies of Economics, Business Administration (preferred).
- 3 to 5 years of experience in this area.
- Advanced English level (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Very good analytical skills.
- Passionate to innovate and focused on business user experience.
- Business insight (knowledgeable about process and systems).
- Demonstrated proactivity in initiating process enhancements and driving improvements, with a proven capacity to thrive under pressure and effectively manage conflicts with a strong sense of urgency. Adaptable to operating within highly diverse and intercultural environments. Willingness to travel.
