- ServiceNow Administration: Perform day-to-day administration tasks, including user management, access control, and system maintenance. Monitor and manage system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure optimal platform functionality.
- Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements. Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, forms, business rules, and UI policies.
- Scripting and Development: Write and maintain scripts in JavaScript to enhance ServiceNow functionality. Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations with other systems using REST APIs, SOAP, and relevant technologies.
- Incident and Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve incidents and problems related to ServiceNow functionality. Collaborate with Level 1 support and other teams to ensure timely incident resolution.
- Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and troubleshooting procedures. Provide training and support to end-users and junior administrators.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions. Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure alignment and integration with broader IT strategies.
- Automation and Orchestration: Design and implement automation solutions to streamline manual processes. Develop and maintain ServiceNow Orchestration workflows.
- Platform Upgrades: Participate in ServiceNow platform upgrades, ensuring a smooth transition and compatibility with existing configurations
- Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, associate degree in web development of software development or a related field. Experience ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and additional certifications like Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) are desirable.Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, HTML, and other relevant technologies.Basic understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.

As a ServiceNow System Administrator II, you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and development of the ServiceNow platform to support business processes and enhance overall IT service delivery.
