San Jose Senior Accountant July 2020 – January 2024 

• Bank Account Reconciliation Analysis and Open Items solution. 

• Review the SOPs made it by the staffs 

• Lead migration of the process to India. 

• Status Meeting Attended all weeks with the client to bring status and updates. 

• Journal Entries Creation during the monthly close. 

• Implementation Internal Controls in the account to avoid issues and ensure the High Quality on each process. • Review and approve Journal Entries and Reconciliations of my team. 

• Follow up and escalate issues regards Open Items in the reconciliation. 

• Creation of Job Codes (Different cost centers)

• Organize and scheduled the Monthly Process inventory with all the task and delivery dates of each activity. • Review the Journal entries report at the final of each close to ensure off all the Entries posted in the correct way.

Procter and Gamble – San Jose SIP Raw Material Planner– LATAM– Planning Service Center January 2014 – March 2015 

• Review the material supply chain for all the Latin America Plants. 

• Put Purchases Orders for Raw Material • Working with INCOFERS in more than 4 Countries in Latin America 

• Daily Calls with Plants regarding to status and updates about the Raw materials requirements. 

• Working hand to hand with production department in order to review the Raw material 

• Planning in the short and the long term in order to save the stocks in the different plants. 

• Working with suppliers (Reviewing the Delivery Times, Quantity, Price, etc.) • Acknowledge about the currency hard situation for imports in Venezuela and Argentina

Academic background 2024 - Business administration – Finance emphasis. Universidad de las ciencias y el arte Bachelor Degree in progress (1 year to complete) 

2013 – Technical Medium in Finance and Accounting – Finance emphasis. Colegio Tecnico Professional de Educacion Comercial y de Servicios. Bachelor degree – Business administration 2013 – Instituto Angloamericano de Idiomas. B2+ 90% English spoken and written – 100% Spanish
