Proven experience collaborating with senior management to conduct employee changes like promotions, terminations, and severance documents. Possess broad knowledge of HR in a variety of sectors including union and non-union environments and business units with many exempt/non-exempt employees. Leadership focused on develop orientation, training, and incentive programs. Use of Salesforce to help the Recruiter/HR Department. I also used to keep track of my personal daily task (Review which of them are overdue or the SLA we have on them) and review how my metrics are in general and the overall metrics within the Team, this was a way to improve the productivity in Back Office positions, since we have visibility of the task performed and in that way we can create way to ensure timely and effective ways to improve some areas as well as to have visibility in which Departments we need to hire more people to assist with the task or either which tasks need to be centralized just in one person instead of several.  We have the option to use DocuSign for Salesforce> Compensation Plans, Offer Letters, Open Enrollment documents, etc.
