I am working at Arkkosoft in San José, however I moved to Alajuela a couple of months ago and would like something closer, I consider myself a fast learner and I think my promotion to supervisor in my actual job proves it. Besides having experience in the field, I am a university student since I would like to grow in the field and take opportunities that the job might provide me and those extra tasks that I can give the company.

I've worked in 3 different jobs, 2 of them are IT related jobs with a total of 2 years of experience, I've worked at Dreams Las Mareas Hotel located in LA Cruz, Guanacaste, I provided technical support to the whole hotel (VOIP, Active Directory management, cabling, switching, routing, etc) I also installed a newer monitoring service (Nagios) since the one they had was a little bit old, so I helped then with an upgrade. 

And currently I am working at Arkkosoft as service desk technician and afternoon's shift supervisor, I help users with their daily basis tasks, providing accesses that they might require; Active Directory, Office 365 and Exchange management, local applications like SAP, Produce Pro, Oracle, Esker and many other global apps. 

My role as supervisor includes taking care of what is being done by other analysts, providing them work equitatively, answering doubts that they might have in order to perform their tasks or troubleshoot any issue, running reports of the analysts' job so I can see who I need to give a hand to. Taking meetings of what needs to be changed in the shift or any kind of improvement, etc

I am a Telematics technician graduated at INA, I've gotten the AZ-900 certificate from Microsoft and hoping to earn the AZ-104. I've many certificates in the field like IT Essentials, Linux Essentials, CCNA 6, structured cabling certification, Monitoring service knowledge. And currently studying at UNED in the field of Telecommunications.
