- Conduct research and analysis on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for product innovation and growth
- Collect, and analyze data from multiple sources, including internal data sets and external data sources, to generate insights
- Maintain dashboards and reports to communicate findings to cross-functional teams
- Identify data analytics needs, and collaborate with product management and business teams on data and analysis needs
- Monitor and track product performance metrics to measure the success of product launches and customer feedback loop
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and research to support strategic decision-making
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization
- Execute the asks from stakeholders on any efforts related to data analysis, gathering data sources, and providing on any reporting needs
- Execute on the business needs with the collection, analysis, and presentation of data to inform product teams and business
- Conduct ad-hoc data analysis and provide insights to support business decisions

- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as data science, statistics, or business analytics
- 5+ years' experience with strong analytical skills, including experience in statistical analysis, data visualization, and communicating technical results
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Sigma
- Proficiency in Python or R
- Experience working modern data warehousing tools such as Snowflake or Databricks
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Desired Qualifications :
- Experience working in the online brokerage or related financial services industry is strongly preferred.
- Experience providing data insights and building BI dashboards
- Knowledge in managing structured and unstructured data in data systems such as Snowflake, Databricks, MongoDB, etc.
