Quality control of purchase requisitions
Ensure completeness of provided requisitions
Creation of purchase orders and amendments as necessary
Verify documentation for single or sole source as per standard
Distribution of purchase orders for approval within Global DOA
Maintain accurate data in the ERP system throughout the procure-to-pay cycle
Expedite supplier acknowledgments and shipment in alignment with purchase orders
Coordinate logistics, customs clearance, and receipt of shipments
Facilitate purchase order reconciliation and closure as per policy
Support supplier evaluation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Adhere to Emerson's Ethics Policy and ensure record retention and compliance
1-2 years of relevant experience in procurement, logistics, or quality management
Thorough understanding of supply chain methodologies and processes
Proficiency in ERP systems such as JDE, ORACLE, SAP (Oracle preferred)
Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Passion for process improvement, proactive nature, and ability to work in a multicultural environment
Completion of a two-year technical or business degree
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Materials Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field
Intermediate proficiency in Portuguese
