    About the Role

    Lead a creative team and closely partner with the design and post-production team leadership to drive projects to completion with a high level of quality and attention to our Workday brand. You will be responsible for leading all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the team while also managing key projects and tasks to completion following detailed processes. This role requires a combination of strong leadership skills, clear and adaptable communication style, project management expertise, and a deep understanding of design and media production processes.

    Responsibilities:

    Team Leadership

    oProvide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team of media professionals, including: editors and designers.

    oPartner with the WEMG leadership team to ensure consistent approach to project tasks and quality of results.

    oCultivate an inclusive team culture that encourages creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.

    oSet clear goals and expectations for team members and provide regular feedback to support their professional development.

    Project Management

    oCoordinate project tasks, resource capacity, and status with our WEMG Senior Program Manager and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

    oPartner with WEMG Senior Program Manager to allocate resources effectively to meet project objectives.

    oLead the execution and delivery of project tasks ensuring they are completed on time, on brand, and to the highest quality standards.

    oIdentify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and adapt to changes in project scope or requirements in a fast-paced environment.

    Resource Management

    oAllocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and facilities, to support the successful execution of WEMG projects.

    oMonitor resource utilization and find opportunities for optimization or reallocation to improve efficiency and productivity.

    oCollaborate with the WEMG leadership team to onboard, and train new team members as needed to support project requirements.

    Quality Assurance

    oEstablish and implement quality assurance processes and standards to ensure that all content meets or exceeds quality expectations.

    oConduct regular reviews and evaluations of projects to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.

    Responsabilidades:

    Liderazgo de equipo

    oProporcionar liderazgo, orientación y mentoría a un equipo de profesionales de medios, incluidos editores y diseñadores.

    oAsociarse con el equipo directivo de WEMG para garantizar que las tareas del proyecto y la calidad de los resultados tengan un enfoque consistente.

    Gestión de proyectos

    oCoordinar las tareas, la capacidad de los recursos y el estado del proyecto con nuestro gerente sénior de Programas de WEMG, así como gestionar las expectativas durante todo el ciclo de vida del proyecto.

    oAsociarse con el gerente sénior de Programas de WEMG para asignar los recursos de manera efectiva a fin de cumplir con los objetivos del proyecto.

    oLiderar la ejecución y la entrega de las tareas del proyecto, y asegurarse de que se completen a tiempo, de acuerdo con los valores de la marca y cumpliendo los más altos estándares de calidad.

    oIdentificar y mitigar riesgos, resolver problemas y adaptarse a los cambios en el ámbito del proyecto o sus requisitos en un entorno veloz.

    Gestión de recursos

    oAsignar los recursos, incluido el personal, los equipos y las instalaciones para apoyar la ejecución exitosa de los proyectos de WEMG.

    oSupervisar la utilización de los recursos y buscar oportunidades de optimización o reasignación para mejorar la eficiencia y la productividad.

    oColaborar con el equipo directivo de WEMG para incorporar y capacitar a los nuevos miembros del equipo, según sea necesario para respaldar los requisitos del proyecto.

    Aseguramiento de la calidad

    oEstablecer e implementar procesos y estándares de aseguramiento de la calidad para garantizar que todo el contenido cumpla o supere las expectativas de calidad.

    oRealizar revisiones y evaluaciones periódicas de los proyectos para identificar áreas que puedan mejorarse e implementar medidas correctivas según sea necesario.

    About You

    Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a people management role within a media production environment
  • Experience with project management tools and software (e.g., SmartSheets, Workfront, etc) and knowledge of industry-standard media production software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
  • Experience with design and media production processes, including content development, video production, editing, and distribution.
  • Bachelor's degree in Media Studies, Communications, Business Administration, or a equivalent work experience
  • Other Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing at least 3 individual contributors
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Must be fluent (written and verbal) in English and Spanish

    Cualificaciones básicas

    ●3 años de experiencia o más en una función de gestión de personas dentro de un entorno de producción de medios.
