- Liderar el manejo proyectos especiales, garantizando la implementación de los proyectos en tiempo y calidad.
- Gestión de tiempos para todos los proyectos a cargo, buscando una eficiente implementación de los mismos.
- Activamente, controlar y gestionar las plataformas de control de proyectos a utilizar para asegurar la trazabilidad y ejecución de los proyectos.
- Apoyar al equipo de liderazgo de Health & Benefits para garantizar la relevancia estratégica de las iniciativas planteadas en toda la organización e informar sobre el avance que se tenga con las mismas.
- Liderar en conjunto con Mercadeo, IT y el negocio, el desarrollo e implementación de soluciones que generen un valor al negocio.
- Planificar y soportar los modelos de "change management" asociados a los proyectos especiales con clientes
- Coordinar actividades relacionadas a la implementación de proyectos con los principales stakeholders.
- Construir y liderar el rol de Business Analysts que acompañen al negocio en la construcción de proyectos de Mercadeo, IT, requerimientos y ejecución.
- Construir y comunicar los avances de proyectos a todo nivel en la organización y liderar las líneas de comunicación con cada grupo de stakeholders con el objetivo de mantener claridad de avances y alcanzar las metas.
