Description:

General dentist clinical advisor. This role requires positive leadership and the ability to focus and deliver in a rapidly changing environment. Team environment work, providing clinical support and expertise related to clinical treatment predictability and procedures to LFO organization. Working closely with your supervisor and Clinical team members for system support related concerns.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for monitoring quality treatment plans based on internal clinical standards and provide feedback to the technicians.
  • Provide clinical support to the OTP, CAD and LFO team in general through coaching, feedback, and access to direct consultation.
  • Work closely with setup technicians, leaders, training, and quality team to identify and work with team needs and provide clinical guidance.
  • Creates clinical content.
  • Creates and generates reports on demand.
  • Conduct Team meetings/huddles to ensure overall KPI compliance (IE QA,clinical FAQ, etc).
  • Project development according to the company clinical support needs.
  • First point of clinical escalation, clarify clinical related doubts.
  • Stay up to date on internal work processes, policies and procedures.
  • Promote company values.
  • 1:1 meetings/ calls with customers
  • Maintain up to date production metrics

Education and Experience:


  • Bachelor's Degree in General Dentistry (General Dentist)
  • Minimum industry expertise of 3 years

Required Qualifications**- Highly motivated individual with skills to develop and coach team members to achieve performance goals.

  • B1 English +
  • Work well under pressure and follow through on items to complete.
  • Ability to multitask and meet goals.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Schedule Flexibility

Physical Demands

  • Requires the ability to use hands, and reach with hands and arms
  • Requires the ability to see, listen, and speak

Work Environment

  • Work is generally performed in an open office, sedentary position.
