We're currently seeking an exceptional individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative

What you'll be doing:

Provide outstanding support for our applications and services
Handle phone calls, chats, and emails to resolve customer issues related to product usage, account access, document sending, billing, and more
Exceed service level targets
Utilize various support tools such as email, chat, phone, and Salesforce
Proactively identify product enhancements, bugs, and opportunities to enhance the customer experience

Preferred qualifications:

Advanced proficiency in English
High School Diploma
Solid understanding of desktop operating systems like Microsoft Windows 2000
Basic knowledge of internet technologies
Self-motivated, collaborative, creative, goal-oriented, and team-oriented
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations and communicate effectively with customers
Strong attention to detail, superb organizational and time management abilities
Capability to work independently and solve problems in a fast-paced and sometimes uncertain environment
