- Handle phone calls, chats, and emails to resolve customer issues related to product usage, account access, document sending, billing, and more

- Utilize various support tools such as email, chat, phone, and Salesforce
- Proactively identify product enhancements, bugs, and opportunities to enhance the customer experience
- Advanced proficiency in English
- High School Diploma
- Solid understanding of desktop operating systems like Microsoft Windows 2000
- Basic knowledge of internet technologies
- Self-motivated, collaborative, creative, goal-oriented, and team-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations and communicate effectively with customers
