Finance and Accounts Payable Analyst
PPG Industries - Costa Rica**:
As a
FINANCE AND ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ANALYST you will attend the accounting documents to ensure accomplishment of payments for all the goods and services that we use in our company You will report to Accounts Payable Specialist Lead and we are located in Costa Rica (near San José).
Key Responsibilities
- Being in charge of account statement reconciliation, analysis of expenses and creation/interpretation of Balance Sheets.
- You will follow up with suppliers on payment issues, withholding certificates, accounting closings, fixed costs and more
- Correspond with internal and external parties and respond to inquiries in finance area
- Provide month end closing and produce monthly reports i.e., Supplier Reconciliations and other adhoc reports
- Analysis of expenses from one month to another
- Even have the opportunity of an administrative management and participation in accounting projects assigned by your leader.
Qualifications
- Studies in Accounting or previous experienced in the area for at least 1 year
- Management of work under pressure and of time
- Advanced Office and Oracle
- Power Bi and English qualifications are preferred
