As a TERRITORY SALES MANAGER, you will plan comprehensive commercial actions, focused on increasing sales, profitability and market share inside and outside the store in the territories assigned to you.

You will report to the B2B and B2C Centroamerica commercial management for the Architectural Coatings Latin America structure.


Key Responsibilities

  • You will ensure a balance between sell out and sell in ensuring compliance with the sales budget and profitability of the region.
  • You will ensure execution of the commercial model through processes and best practices to maximize sales within the Retail, B2B and VDT channels.
  • You will outline our strategy ensuring the execution of plans and increase service standards and commercial actions in the medium and highvolume channels.
  • You will ensure the sustained growth of the business, maximizing profitability through the constant monitoring of the established indicators.
  • You can take care of being a coach and facilitator to encourage the personal and professional development of your team.

Qualifications

  • Administrative or Engineering degree completed, Master's or Postgraduate degree desirable.
  • Advanced English.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in management and administration of multiunit businesses (Retail / B2B) at management level.
  • Desirable experience in coatings.
  • 3+ years experience with internal and external team management.
  • 3+ years experience with P&L management.
  • Skills: Leadership, Analytical and Strategical thinking.
