    Responsabilidades

    Digital Asset Management (DAM) Librarian

    Will work closely with the Marketing Technology Manager and directly with the DAM technical team, BUs, agency partners, and creative teams to help build, manage, and maintain our digital asset libraries as well as lead various DAM-related activities and initiatives. We are looking for someone who has a strong understanding of digital asset management, is detail-oriented, and follows outlined processes.

    To be successful in this position, significant cross-functional collaboration across stakeholder groups and external teams is required. Given the strategic importance of this role, it is highly visible within the organization with regular exposure to company leaders. As such, candidates must be comfortable with highly collaborative environments and communicating with stakeholders at all levels.

    Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Marketing Technology Manager, other internal team members, and external users to upload, replace, and/or archive marketing assets in both public and private libraries.
  • Coordinate with the DAM technical team on support and enhancements needed.
  • Enforce established taxonomies and metadata schemas for all assets gathered into the system.
  • Regularly review/audit the DAM platforms to ensure cleanliness.
  • Audit and update metadata and tags to improve search results.
  • Provide user support and assist with various requests.
  • Assist with locating assets upon request.
  • Maintain approved folder structure and naming conventions.
  • Work with Marketing Technology Manager and internal teams to build and maintain the structure of our DAM platforms and reinforce processes and procedures.
  • Assist with developing new training materials, and train/onboard new users on how to use our systems easily and effectively.
  • Partner with the internal team to identify enhancements and bugs to help shape the roadmaps of the team's DAM platform.
  • Analyze DAM-related data and reports, and identify key trends, challenges that will contribute to the overall success of the team's DAM platforms.Work with the DAM technical team to get enhancements made, make sure support tickets are complete, user roles and groups are created, and more.
  • Tasks:

  • User Management and ReportsQuarterly audits: Have a report that manages who has access/type of access/last login/reach out to users if they haven't logged inMaintain the list of users and keep track of the number of licenses usedWork with technical team to create/modify permission groupsManage the distribution list for alerts to major issuesManage the distribution list of asset expirations
  • Overall Maintenance and GovernancePerform audits of Brand Portal to ensure assets that should be visible are appearingMaintain workflows availableWork with DAM technical team on new workflows that are needed; ensure teams are utilizing them and are aware
  • TrainingUse existing materials to train new usersHelp develop new training materials as neededProvide refreshed training for current users as neededRespond to user inquiries/questions
  • MetadataPerform monthly audits to ensure required fields are filled outEnforce taxonomies with all users uploading assets
  • OptimizationContinue refining support documentsHelp evaluate new enhancements availableWork to identify and implement continuous process improvement opportunities
  • Migration for New TeamsWork in conjunction with the DAM technical team to identify source/s of their assets, volume, type, and size.Collaborate with the BU on what their folder structure will be (ensuring it still follows enterprise standards).Create a project plan and roadmap for the team and set up status meetings to keep all teams on track
  • Requisitos

    Experience Needed:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant experience.
  • Advanced (C1) English level
  • Experience managing digital assets in an enterprise-grade and/or creative agency environment
  • Experience with taxonomy strategy, development, and execution
  • Knowledge of a range of channels: digital, video, web, photography, print
  • Familiarity with a wide range of digital file formats and reformatting practices
  • Hands-on experience with using enterprise DAM platforms; Adobe AEM preferred
  • Strong communication skills – verbal, written and listening
  • Ability to influence actions and coordinate activity across broad cross-border, cross-business-unit, cross-functional stakeholder groups without direct authority
  • 1 year in current position for internal candidates.
