- Become ideal partner for CELs, Chapter Leads, Systemic Development Enabler and SQUADs in identifying capability gaps and assessing them.

- Ensure the continuous improvement of the capability building tools, follow up and effectiveness by gathering insights and using the power of data analytics
- At least 3 years experience in adult learning (which includes training) of small, medium and large teams, implementing Digital Learning, including the use of new technologies.

- At least 3 years experience in training and learning.
- Experience in health care business and institutional business market
- Customer facing experience is preferred

- Spanish and English advanced is a must
